Nice hotel room, dusty like not used for a bit, heater was dirty, they came to clean it. Pool and no breakfast but I knew that ahead if time. Good place they just need to keep elevators and hallways clean. Was a good value , despite the issue.

It’s was an amazing stay. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, very comfy, workers were very friendly. Need help ask for Naomi, she is very kind and very nice.

We stayed in one of the suites. It was perfect for our family trip. Accommodated everyone. The front desk was very helpful and gave us great tips on where to dine in a great town golden. Best pizza place ever.

The pool was broke. The wireless internet was down. For several days we learned. There’s no breakfast offered as previously offered in the past. Naomi at front desk was understanding of frustration and very kind as most of the issues were not anything she could resolve. She was professional and kind and deserves a raise working in a location where things are not working or broke and while I was in lobby she dealt with more negative situations vs positive ones and she made the experience better where anyone else w a negative attitude could have made it a terrible experience. She saved it but things will have to turn around before I return. Also I’ve stayed at this locations on multiple occasions thus is the only one that was a let down.

When I arrive front desk teller was Arguing with a man that walked in out street did not even acknowledge my presence. She sent me to a room that had no heater and it’s 19° outside then she sent me to another room that already had guest in there and I have to walk all the way downstairs she has a horrible attitude. She treated me as though it was my fault and when I am a PAYING GUEST. Worst experience ever.

Everyone is very polite. The room we had was bigger than we expected. I also loved the updates in lobby area. We were a little disappointed that pool/hot tub and breakfast were closed as we hadn't planned out food and we looked forward to hanging out in the hot tub (this did not show on website like other hotels show) due to covid. Besides that, everything else was good.
