Hotel Kyriad Dijon - Gare

Reasonably priced hotel and great location, 2 minute walk to train and bus depot, 5/10 minute walk to main town centre. Room slightly on the small size but to be expected for a city centre hotel, however spotlessly clean. Underground car park at additional cost very convenient but quite difficult if you have a larger size car as the driveway down is narrow and the car park is quite small can be difficult to manoeuvre if a few cars are already down there. I would recommend this hotel for a city break and would stay here again.

We often stay in this hotel on our way back home to Canada. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and the rooms, although tiny, are very comfortable. My only complaint was the internet. We had a room at the end of the hall and the internet was often unavailable, or extremely slow. This is the first time that we have experienced this. Room 401.

The hotel was within walking distance of the bus and train station so it was very convenient. Check in was a breeze. Although the room was compact, it had all the necessities including a kettle. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the room clean. We were only there for a night so we didn't take advantage of the bar or the gym/indoor pool. We were also able to leave our luggage for the day and visit Dijon before our evening train.

Close to the railroad station. The room was pretty stuffy but not distressingly hot.

The room & bathroom were so small. Nowhere to put a suitcase & no room to move within the room. Couldn’t check out quick enough.

I had a great stay here - good service, amazing location, comfy bed, hot shower, and very neat pool area. The room was quite small but was fine for me because I was on my own. Everything was quite clean but there were a couple areas for improvement (i.e., the phone had a decent layer of dust on it and the doors could use a good wipe-down). The location of my room was nice - even though it overlooked the train tracks, it was very quiet and I slept well, and it was a lovely view. The elevator was out of service during my stay, which was no issue for me but might be good to know in advance if people have mobility limitations. There was a breakfast option but I did not try it during my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

hotel has a good location, almost across from train station, good quality breakfast buffet and attentive staff in the breakfast room; small room, very weak and unstable WiFi, good selection of international TV channels, no fridge, no safe in the room; bathroom had a shower inside the bathtub, not ideal stepping in/out of it, some of the Front Desk staff seemed stressed and not always patient/pleasant with guests (I witnessed a few cases). Overall an OK hotel in Dijon

The hotel staff was good. location also good for visiting central Dijon, paid breakfast was good and it has a nice swimming pool but I would never stay there again. The double twin room we had was the smallest I ever had in Europe or Japan, including the bed. 2 people was a crowd in this room. The toilet was crammed into a corner and it was a tight fix and unconformable. The WiFi is horrible and didn't work most of the time and when it did, it was very slow and not usable. Also, being an older hotel, insulation is not good against internal sound. For me and my wife, the bad here outweighed the good.

Nice town, great location, but the room was absolutely tiny!

Just using it as a nights stay over, very comfortable. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we left before as in a hurry
