we stay 13 nights. Everything was good, but very small choice of food. When we come 4 days was same food 1 chicken 1 beef 1 fish. When start new week chef changes and food was better. Friendly staff, good cleaning every day. This hotel have good beach but small pools. I give 4 stars to this hotel, but for food only 3

Very relaxing hotel. Great food and service. Staff are very professional. The hotel has a nice sandy beach and swimming pools and all external areas are well maintained. Would definitely return to this hotel.

I will say that this property is FIVE star, the rooms immaculate, grounds and facilities are all absolutely perfect. The drawbacks—the all-inclusive plan is slightly misleading as it only includes certain items and others are chargeable. For example, you can order a cheese pizza at the beach bar, but if you wish to add any toppings, they are at an additional charge. The all-inclusive liquor offering is: beer, wine and house liquors (vodka, light rum, gin etc). The other thing is that the two available restaurants are buffet only and do not provide any dining alternatives. The food quality is marginal—so what I mean is that no one will starve, in that there is food to eat, but the quality is just barely a pass. There isn’t much flavour to anything and could, therefore, be improved.

We visited the hotel two days ago (2 adults & 1 year child). To be honest the first impression wasn't that good as we the receptionist wasted a lot of time finding our reservation and some other problem with his attitude, but a few hours later we had a telephone call from the manager Mr. Hossam who apologized for everything and tried his best to make us feel comfortable during our trip, starting by upgrading our room and keeping contact everyday. The hotel overall is a good value for money, it's perfectly located near to the old souk with a private beach attached to hotel (no walking or transportation needed to the beach). It's not the kind of big resorts with a main building shaped as U letter but it's quiet and the room's terrace has a great view. The food is okay and again we enjoyed our stay thanks to Mr. Hossam I would recommend the hotel.

Was a nice surprised that in addition to the great service and facilities, the hotel were in the IN the city. Usually all inclusive hotels are far away, but this hotel could be part of the old market, you are at walking distance of hundred of stores, cafes and bars.

Excellente Lage , grosser , sauberer Strand , keine 30 min . zum Airport .

Приживали с 22 по 30 марта. Отель выбирали исходя из рекомендаций по входу в море для ребёнка 3 года и безветренности. Первое - отлично, песок, пологий вход без тапочек, ребёнок купался и был очень доволен ). Второе - постоянно был ветер, при этом ездили в нама бэй, там ветра меньше. Море больше похоже на пруд, но возят бесплатно возят на катере до отличного рифа (всего 3 мин), или можно самому дойти пешком. Персонал дружелюбный. Номер отличный, большой и чистый. Территория не большая, ухоженная и красивая. Бассейн тёплый. Еда - вкусно и разнообразно, разрешали брать в номер. Отель рекомендую!, тихо, уютно, вкусно )

Okej hotell. Inte femstjärnigt mer som 3,5-4 stjärnor. Slitna rum och maten var inte så god. Poolen och stranden var mycket bra. Personalen likaså. Pingis och biljard stängde redan på eftermiddagen vilket gjorde kvällarna lite tråkiga för underhållningen på kvällen var hemsk.
