The shower had towels in it from the last people, diapers was in the trash can in the bathroom and the one bed had stuff on it mostly from the kid's pther than that the service was good.

Bed bugs

Got there at 10:30 was woke up 12:30 ate up with bed bugs no refund took another room no bed bugs I can tell.got back to sleep about to 2 AM.

Great location for town and accessibility, wonderful people, but sad that it’s June and the pool was still covered and the number of flies in and around the room. Still, would stay there again and certainly fit the bill for a place to lay our heads while exploring the area.

Close to everything

Close to everything. Had occasion to interact with 3 different front desk employees and everyone was very friendly, polite and helpful-especially the gentleman. Pool wasn’t in service and do not count on the continental breakfast being anything you would want to eat. Room was very dated but fairly clean. Fantastic price for a holiday weekend!

We fequested a non smoking and received a zmoking roo.. we made sure that management was aware as we were not going to be held responsible for the obvious odor. The mattresses were very rough on both beds.

The hotel needs lots of work.

Had to move out of 2 rooms. One could not get elderly person in room. Second room air did not work tv did not work. Third room was ok. It needs painting. The office help was very courteous. He did his best to get us to a room that would work.

Great service, not so great room.

The service was its saving grace. Our first non-smoking room was obviously smoked in, the second room was musty, so we stayed in the third room facing the highway. After the air ran the room was nice and cold and the smell was mostly gone. The swimming pool was not working. The room wasn't loud, but the towel rack was comimg out of the wall and the tv didn't work. The toilet ran all night, too. The shower curtain was falling also. This property has great potential, but next time we willl look elsewhere.

Pretty worn out. Light switch, lamp didn’t work, very very old ac takes a looong time to get cool. Not worth $100, should be more like $30-40 maybe because of the location but still. I wouldn’t stay there again for that amount

One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because they have a pool and it is listed as open and available, but open arrival the pool was closed and had weeds growing up and through the cover and all around as if it hasn't been open all year. Also, the property was poorly maintained, so I went to the front desk to ask if we could cancel because the pool was listed as open and it was unavailable. They said yes and gave me a phone number to contact to request a refund. After returning from my trip, I contacted the number and talked to several people who could not help me and gave me the run around. When I finally was able to make contact with a Hotels.com employee after weeks of emailing back and forth and unable to reach the hotel managers, they told me they were unable to get a refund for me for the night I did not stay and that's all they could do for me. Terrible service from Hotels.com and poorly maintained hotel. I think after this I am done with Hotels.com.

Would not recommend to anyone !!! mold everywhere non working toilets and awful odors throughout all rooms no fridge no microwave, expired milk in breakfast is old , bugs everywhere not to mention spiders on corner and dead fly around the window ! DON’T COME HERE !! Waste of money

The property was run down. Breakfast was stale pasteries, dated milk, no spoons , stale cereal, dirty lounge area. Employee folding sheets in lobby and they were hitting the floor. The price I oaid was not what I got. The room arrangement was 1 king and two twins, and that room was given to another guest. We ended up on two doubles. Guests were drinking outside of their toom with music playing. Pool was not operational. Management in ever called back to adk for feedback

The hotel did not look like it was advertised. It was old and outdated, which would have been tolerable if it were at least clean. There was a huge spider amd nest in one room, and dead bugs on/under the bed in the 2nd room. There was also some sort of substance on one bed. It felt like a cross between kitty litter and cigarette ashes. One room smelled old and closed up. The other wasnt quite as bad, but the bathtubs in both rooms were dirty and had flies buzzing around. I requested to cancel both bookings, and the guy at the desk agreed, but I have not received a refund. I ended up driving home instead of staying the night. The pool was alos closed (the guy at the desk said it was because of liability issues).
