Welcome to our home! Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer! In this studio, up to 2 people can sleep comfortably. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center. Guests have access to the entire space. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Also, I would like to inform you that Portuguese immigration services, SEF, require that all guests fill out a form with some personal details such as passport number, nationality, etc. This form will be sent through a certified program or given to you on the check-in. Check-in will be done in person and at the reception. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
