The room was different to the one I'd loved last time and reception just changed it absolutely no problem at all. She said she'd put a note on the system too so that they know which room I prefer. The rooms were nice and comfortable, just slightly darker than I would have preferred. The staff were excellent—very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
