Was given 1st floor room when I checked in, that was facing street. There was no actual barrier for window (other than to block off view from street), so you can hear everything and smell everything - which is not pleasant. Asked to switch rooms, and was given a different room the next day. The second night was also given a different 1st floor room, and think there was a smell coming from the bathroom gutter. Think all the rooms not on the first floor are probably fantastic, since these were more building issues being on 1st floor rather than the rooms.
Everything in the room was brand new, so loved this component of the hotel. Breakfast is really nice for $30/night. Staff was always extremely friendly. Request for non-first floor room if possible
