Sea View Hotel

Great hotel located at a walking distance from glyfada shops and restaurants. Very comfortable room and great service !

The hotel had very good reviews on Hotels.com, so that, combined with its excellent location, made it a seemingly good choice for our family’s stop-over before the ones d journey to our favourite island. Although the hotel had been closed for months due to the Civid-19 crisis, we found ourselves to be the only visitors wearing masks indoors. The staff did as well, but they were very reluctant to remind the rest of the visitors to put their masks on. Several times during our two day stay, I was encountered in the tiny lift by other visitors, who thought it was just fine to join me. And when they said they had not masks on, I had to get in the same argument and ask them to wait for the lift and take it on their own. And one more issue, unrelated to COVID-19: Four cockroaches in our daughters’ room and two in our had to be killed. Not acceptable, COVID-19 or not. On the positive side: Great location, very nice pool, very good beds, and helpful staff, but perhaps not trained to deal with customers who MUST be reminded to follow rules related to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.

great customer service. Adapted quickly to the quarantine. Developed a special room service menu. Customer service was great and is located in a great area and can walk to many shops and restaurants.

There was nothing we liked. No sea view. It was 85 degrees in our room and we could not reduce the temperature since it was programmed top heat only, so we had to 'sleep' with the sliding door open all night. Endless road noise and traffic. We didn't do any sleeping. The bathroom was unfinished with wires sticking out of the wall near the toilet. Also, they don't have "free parking". You just have to fend for yourself on city streets where every car looks like it just finished participating in a demolition derby. This was a 2 star property. Expedia VIP hotel meant nothing. It was a big dissapointment.

This is my second time at this hotel since 2015. This property has been renovated and now exhibit new carpet and very comfortable rooms. The hotel is close to a main avenue (Leoforos Poseidon) as well as the Metro station. Staff is friendly and quickly attended our requirements. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Definitely, I will be back and I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Glyfada.

I really liked this property and I would’ve rated it more. Just unfortunately we requested a taxi to the airport, and asked the guy at the counter if that was the cheapest option. He called a private cab with a “fixed price” and we then felt very pressured into taking the cab that cost 38 euro to the airport for a 10min ride, though the meter said only 20 euro. However, if we would’ve taken a regular taxi with a meter, it would’ve 20 euro. We wish the front desk reception would’ve been honest on what was the cheapest option was to the airport because it’s not the “fixed taxi” service they charge. Bummer because we really liked this property. So if you stay here, don’t ask them to call you a taxi. Grab one out front and use the meter.

I am using the hotel often and i am very happy with the location, the service and the staff. Thus why i am a repeated client. However, they have to do something for the room sound-proofing as it is very bad. You can listen the people of the adjacent room talking, their mobile ringing, toilet flushing, noice when opening the toilet sink, the cleaning staff in the corridor etc...is difficult to sleep. The bathroom is also extremely small and not comfortable to use. The shower water mixer in the room was not of good quality especially for a 4 star hotel. I hope they take these into consideration as they are serious matters and they affect the guests altough the hotel overall services are very good and staff very friendly.

Excellent location just off the busy main Piraeus road. We had a back room & it was very quiet. Rooms very nicely appointed , comfy bed , and quiet, Restaurant looked great, very nicely renovated smart & stylish but we chose to eat in one of the multitude of great Glyfada restaurants within 300 mtrs of hotel,staff were lovely & helpful. We’d love to revisit this hotel. So convenient for the airport X96 stop of Asterias, 100 mths away from hotel
