Had to change rooms 3 times due to air conditioning failures. Ended up in an inferior room. No compensation extended. Not a place I would stay again.

Better Off Elsewhere
I booked this hotel for a trip to visit a friend in DFW. The hotel itself is in decent shape, outdated and could use some TLC but I didn't expect too much for the price and being Best Western. The location is convenient right off I-35 but a little busy and located behind shopping centers. The rooms are not insulated at all and you can hear everything in the hall and from your neighbors. I overheard a pretty serious fight between the couple staying next to me to where the police were called. The front desk staff were pleasant on check-in/check-out but that is not enough for me to ever stay there again.
