M House Hotel

he hotel could be terrific if it was not for a few things; a) Now they close the kitchen at 17, so not possible to have anything to eat after that. b) Not possible to sit down in the room, so far not seen a single room with a chair! c) Never park in the garage, unless you have a small car (as in Fiat 500 maximum) as the hotel management is desperately arrogant on this point. Fortunately several of the staff are very friendly and serve you well - of which I only recall Joana by name.

We stayed in a superior room and tbh it was absolutely great! The bed and pillows were heaven, the staff were all super friendly and helpful and the whole hotel was beautiful. The location was great! An easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Great service, cosy place, nice decor

On the whole very nice, with some minor annoyances. One morning had cold showers due to a fault and found some hair and dust in the bathroom. Our room 104 had half dozen loose tiles coming away from the wall. Not enough hooks and shelf space in the bathroom and limited hangers in wardrobe.

Generally expected more from a 4* Hotel. Lights out in room, shower gel and shampoo was almost empty, fan had little reliable control. Very dark lighting in room. The usual “not enough hanger” Was charged for additional drinks etc that were not ours. Swimming pool Joke it is little more than a large jacuzzi. Superior room was changed as it was tiny. Overall, good standard hotel but needs more attention to details.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, great location and easy to find when punching in the address in the GPS even if in the heart of Palma and navigating through narrow streets. Parking was easily arranged directly with the hotel at a cost of €12 per night which is fair and parking in Palma in general is horrendous. As the hotel is very close to just about everything, we didn't need to use the car at all and just left it in the hotel. We arrived at 15:00, one hour later than we had informed the hotel but the staff was so friendly and service-minded. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy. Modern with a designer touch which creates a homely feeling. Room was arranged right away and the cava I had pre-ordered to the room was there on chill. After this we didn't spend much time in the hotel as we had plans for the afternoon and evening and only got back late around 1am, we realized we had forgotten our phone chargers but a quick call to reception and within 3 minutes the night receptionist was knocking on the door and let us borrow one of their chargers for the night. The bed was incredible, so good we even missed breakfast. Check-out nice and smooth, would have loved to stay longer than just a single night but it was a little get away for us as we work a lot on the island. Personally I never really take the time to write reviews but on occasions like this when the hotel and the staff was incredible, they deserve all praise they can get.

Beautiful hotel, conveniently placed for shopping, sightseeing & socialising in palma. All the staff are very friendly & helpful, the rooms are gorgeously decorated & kitted out and breakfast gets 10/10. I’d stay here again in a shot & would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay.

Lovely hotel, very clean, rooms have everything you would need. Breakfasts very good, staff friendly. In the centre of Palma, close to all amenities. Will stay at his hotel on my next visit to Palma. Recommend.

Let's get the good things out of the way first because most things about our stay were good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location in the city is very central We stayed for 6 nights, and by the end, I was finding the breakfast quite unappealing. It is a set menu - choice of 6 dishes for first course, same for second course. I don't eat eggs and 4 of the first course dishes were eggs. That was accompanied with a very small glass of orange juice, with the chance to buy some more exotic fruit drinks at 5.50 EUR each. It didn't matter that the quality of the food was good, the effective lack of choice wasn't great, I can't tell you how much I would have preferred a buffet with hindsight - and more drinks! The second thing to say is that the hotel hides right at the bottom of the small print that it has no lifts. That caused me quite a lot of difficulty as I have arthritis in my feet. It really should be more clearly started. A few years ago it would have been no issue but now it is, and though I managed it was a bit of a trial. It should also be noted that access to a taxi is down quite a long flight of narrow slippery steps - though the hotel can't do much about that So all in all, we had a nice stay, in a place that was very comfortable, but I wouldn't choose to go back, the breakfast was not really to my liking and the stairs caused me problems. However if you are fit and like eggs, it may be perfect for you!

Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Palma old town. Great location for the local attractions and shops. The rooms are clean and modern. The food is excellent and staff are very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
