Start with the living room. It’s the most striking space in the home, with local post and timber construction that perfectly sets off the adobe kiva fireplace against the brick facade. Also provided is a flatscreen TV and a sleeper sofa that helps you accommodate up to two more guests.
Turn the corner and you will find a dining area with space for up to six guests. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the home-cooked meals you will be whipping up in the fully stocked kitchen. Appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils are all available in generous supply. Don’t miss the powder room tucked into the hallway under the stairs.
The second floor is filled with bedrooms and bathrooms—two of each. One bedroom, a suite, is home to a king bed. It also has its own ensuite bathroom with dual vanities. The other is a peaceful room with a queen bed. The rooms share access to a balcony, where you can step out to enjoy some fresh air and sunlight. Or, if you’re after a little more entertainment, stay up with the TV in each room. The guest bathroom doubles as a laundry room, holding a washer and dryer.
The location is one of the home’s best features. It sits on the hill within walking distance of Santa Fe Plaza. As part of Fort Marcy Hotel Suites, it enjoys access to nine acres of landscaped and xeriscaped grounds, a short walk to the site of the historic fort and the Cross of the Martyrs, and access to an indoor pool and hot tub in the property’s main building. It is convenient to nearly everything Santa Fe has to offer, making it an ideal spot for your next stay.
PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY
Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds. Climbing stairs is required to access some units and common areas. This is a two-story unit. The bedrooms in this condominium are located on the second floor—climbing stairs is required to reach them.
WALKING TO THE PLAZA / FREE SHUTTLE
The Santa Fe Plaza is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the property. Please keep in mind the return trip will be uphill and takes around 20 minutes. Instead of walking, guests are invited to utilize our free shuttle which takes guests to and from the Santa Fe Plaza.
