My Business Suite with King size bed was splendid and amazing. It had a stand up shower and a separate tub to fit 4 or more people. It had city views with wrap around glass with a appealing view of Bogota. Room was equipped with a fully equipped kitchen to cook during stay. Full size refrigerator. An extra bathroom for you guest. A impressive living room area to sit and entertain guest. Open floor plan to the kitchen. Has a small balcony which was a bonus. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The General Manager Jakeline Monsalve was very pleasing and always prepared and willing to make your stay accommodating and pleasurable.

Friendly, helpful staff. Tasty buffet breakfast. The hotel isn't fancy but it's comfortable and in good condition and in the nice northern area of Bogota.

I like the location which is an upscale safe part of Bogotá and is close to shopping and restaurants. It will take you about an hour to get into central Bogotá due to the horrendous traffic. The staff was very accomodating. Initially I found the bed a little hard for my taste. I mentioned it to the staff and a pillow top mattress pad was put in place. Needed an iron and in minutes an iron and ironing board was at our door. Breakfast is basic but very adequate. You can eat as much as you like. Fruit, breads and pastries, eggs to order, cereals, yogurt, kumis, juice, hot drinks etc. Suggested improvements, and this may be particular to my room 302. I would suggest a mirror in the bathroom with better lighting, very hard to shave or for my wife to put on makeup. Suggestion to include a larger bar of bath soap, not just a small soap. Access is only by stairs so in needing a wheelchair you will have trouble. One electrical outlet had cables glued to the wall, which I hope is temporary, but it looked very shoddy. Lastly in this room, perhaps others. The bed is a toe killer. Be very careful when walking that you don't hurt a toe on the corner of the bed!

This was a very clean and friendly place the manager Camilo was so nice and thoughtful everything I needed to know he took care of his staff was helpful and breakfast was delicious!! Nice Restuarant next door and the Hotel and rooms are beautiful with art and great decor!! I am A solo traveler and this place made me feel safe and secure!!
