I had a very spacious room. The staff were welcoming and helpful. There was a coffee machine and water in the hallway, and a good breakfast I paid for in advance at a hotel very close by. For a one night stay I have no complaints, and it was close to the station.

There was no air conditioning although fans are provided in rooms. No restuarant for breakfast instead brrakfast is served in cafe across from hotel. Whèn checking out we were advised that we owed money for a tour we had bookef - this was not the case as we had paid for trip in cash - guy behind reception was very nics about it but insisted there was no record of payment. We left our cases and on return to collect, we asked about the payment which he said had been 'found' - recorded undef another guest's name! Left a bit of a sour end to an otherwise enjoyable stay at a cosy little hotel.

Daughter and I stayed 2 nights. Room was very nice and clean. Front desk was very helpful when prearranged ride to airport did not show up. The location was nice. Short walk into center.

Fantastic location for visiting all the major areas. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, giving us lots of information including tram and bus times and also relevant tram/bus numbers and stops. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable, ideal for a 3-4 day break. We couldn’t have wished for a more ideal place to stay while sightseeing in Krakow. The hotel is single storey, which made it very quiet and peaceful. I recommend this hotel if you want a good clean friendly hotel to use as a base. No point in paying for a hotel with facilities we had no intention of using.

Rooms are smaller than expected, very little storage space for clothing. No Aircon which would be an issue in summer. Rooms not cleaned every day. On the plus side, shower was good, location to old town is excellent, Staff were very helpful.

Great location! Only complaint: the coffee at the “free” breakfast across the street is awful. Plus they only have one slow toaster- so annoying waiting while your eggs get cold. Bed was comfy, bath clean, plenty of hot water, nice snacks in lobby. Good price, I’m coming back 😊
