GHR Rentals is a company dedicated to the management of holiday rentals of properties situated along the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca. We manage the properties directly on behalf of the owners, offering you guaranteed accommodation.
TOURIST FLAT MANAGEMENT COMPANY
RESERVATIONSPayment of 30% to secure your bookingThe remaining amount of the stay and the extra services contracted will be paid 14 days before the arrival of the client.If the selected accommodation is blocked during the booking process or there is an overbooking, the client will be informed within 24 hours of booking and the amount received will be refunded.
METHOD OF PAYMENTCredit card.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENTThe accommodation must be delivered in the original conditions. Remember that the client is responsible for the property during his stay; and is obliged to inform and cover any possible damage caused to the property.
DEPOSITThe clients will provide the details of a Credit Card at the beginning of their stay to ensure the fulfilment of the present contract, of which an amount between 150.00 ¤ and 300.00 ¤ will be pre-authorised, authorising the charging of possible damages that the property being rented may suffer, attributable to the lessee (the loss of keys would imply the change of the lock with the costs that this implies). Any anomaly or damage caused during the stay would be notified to the clients as soon as possible. GHR Rentals accepts no responsibility for any valuables left in the flats during or at the end of the stay.
CHECK INClients must inform us in advance of their arrival time.Instructions for online check-in will be sent at the time of booking, in the event of failure to do so prior to arrival, a supplement of 5€ per person will be charged .Check-in to the accommodation will take place from 16.00h on the day of arrival; in order to prepare the accommodation for your stay. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 10.00h to 19.00h and Saturday from 10.30h to 13.00h.Guests who are expected to arrive outside our office hours should inform us in advance to receive instructions for the key handover.Our 'late check in' service for arrivals after 20.00h will have an extra cost between 20.00€ and 30.00€ and the Check in service for arrivals after 00.00h will have an extra cost between 40.00€ and 50.00€).
CHECK OUTCheck out from the accommodation will be at the latest at 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure, depositing the keys in the assigned place.The accommodation must be handed over in the same tidy condition and within a normal level of use and decorum (including electrical appliances, terrace/garden and barbecues). In any other case, additional cleaning charges will be incurred:

If clients plan to leave the property early for the departure date, they must inform us in advance to receive instructions.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION
- The price includes cleaning of the accommodation on arrival.- The price includes the provision of bed and bath linen on arrival for each of the clients of the accommodation (respecting the maximum number of clients per property).
RULES OF COEXISTENCE IN THE FLATS
- The rules of coexistence and use are regulated in the Spanish General Legislation and specifically in the Law of Horizontal Property, Decree of tourist flats of the Valencian Government and the Junta de Andalucía and the particular Statutes of the Community of Owners of each building. - The accommodation cannot be occupied by more people than the capacity indicated and signed in the rental contract.- Energy saving must be respected by closing doors and windows when the air-conditioning is switched on, and by switching off the air-conditioning and lights when the guests are outside the accommodation.- It is forbidden to have glass objects in the pool area. The rules of hygiene in the swimming pool must be complied with at all times, as well as respecting the opening hours of the pool.- You must respect the rules of dress, behaviour and civility in the communal areas of the housing estates where you are staying, as well as respecting the right to rest of the other residents. Likewise, do not enter the building's entrance and lifts with wet feet.- Furniture and household items may not be taken out of the accommodation.

- If there is a communal car park, only one vehicle per accommodation may be parked there.
***Failure to comply with any of these rules will be grounds for termination of the rental contract, with forfeiture of the amounts paid***.
GHR Rentals reserves the right to change the accommodation booked for another of similar standards in case of circumstances of Force Majeure.
