Lower your expectations and it’s ok
Location fantastic, nice town but hotel is not 4 star. Cooked breakfast awful, decor is dated . Nice pool. Just lower your expectations before arriving. Oh and the night porter was really weird and unhelpful after our ling journey- seemed a little stoned !

Comfortable hotel in centre of Deauville close to town centre, Arquana and racecourses. Good spa but a little overcrowded and the breakfast room is not big enough. No restaurant or bar but fridge, coffee machine and kitchenette in room

It’s not a four star, room are not clean
Not clean at all, room, beds and bathroom were dirty. In my opinion this is not a four star hotel. Expensive and not worth your money

The location was extremely convenient and the size of the apartment was great overall. The light and views were fantastic (we were at the 4th floor). However the staff at reception during check-in was not up to par. We finally got to enter our room with one hour delay and a "surprise": while the kitchenette and living room were pleasant, the number and type of beds were not as described in our reservation confirmation. Last huge disappointment: the bathrooms. OK size but so badly designed. The space was not optimized at all.

Convenient, nicely run.
Overall, a good place to stay. Clean, nice accommodations. A little sparse on services. But we were there just out of season. Nice spa and pool.

Aucun service, pas de coussins disponibles, Etat du couchage enfants (convertible) douteux, matelas et alèses avec des tâches jaunes, couverts mis à disposition tâchés. Il fait soit chaud soit froid avec les convecteurs. Chasse d’eau capricieuse, bref on est loins d’un 4 étoiles, c’est décevant.

Chambre agréable quoi qu'etroite, le gros point négatif est le lit... 2 matelas 1 place collés donc forcément 1 trou au milieu quand on dort. Autrement la mini kitchenette en chambre est un plus !
