Gilmer Apartment Hotel

Hotel location was great. Staff very friendly. Rooms nice and clean.

First time we stayed there and won’t be the last! Clean warm tidy room and washed and dried my gum gear. Highly recommend

Reception was friendly and helpful nice room not much of a veiw just some office block next door

Was really good full privacy . And the staff was helpfull in teling the way around the hotel and path to shops .

Great location! Washer/dryer combination, fridge, cooktop, kettle, toaster, French press coffee maker, microwave. Continental breakfast provided. Everything you need for a few days of exploring Wellington.

Great location in central city. Clean, comfortable bed, good shower pressure. Reception allowed earlier check-in which I appreciated as I had an event to attend that afternoon.

The staff were great. Location also good and central for our acrivities. Only downside was the lack of cooling on summer nights and noisy building aircon plant outside the windows.

Our apartment was spacious enough for the two of us (other than a very small shower - which as we were only staying two nights wasn't really an issue but might not be the easiest for some people) and well equipped for what we needed. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The only downside to the apartment was the lack of air conditioning. The CBD location is really very noisy (to be expected) and our apartment in particular had windows that opened out to the back of the building (and many others) and so there was constant loud noise. Even with the windows open we struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room but open windows meant it was very noisy and difficult to sleep. The hotel does provide complimentary ear plugs and there is portable fan to circulate air (but no where to set it up in the bedroom).
