There was no soap in our room when we arrived and we didn't know ahead of time that the pool was closed, but otherwise it was a fine stay in a cute mountain town.

Would recommend for an affordable stay
Overall the hotel was average. The indoor pool and fitness center was closed (one of the reasons I chose this hotel was for pool for kids so that was a bummer), wifi was down a day and a half of our 3 day stay. The laundry facilities were clean with new machines, they were free to use so that was great considering that with a family of 5 I ended up doing laundry every night (just bring your own soap & dryer sheets). The breakfast was okay (better than nothing) included microwavable breakfast sandwiches, and individual snack pastries, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, juice and fruit. Only negativites I'd say is bottom floor towards laundry smelled of weed all 3 days we were there and staff wasn't the friendliness. But an affordable place to stay for the family.

No “24 hour between guests” room policy. Expedia shows this hotel’s “enhanced cleaning practices” as including not renting a room for 24 hours between guests but when I mentioned this to the front desk they said they do not have that policy and “we have a problem with Expedia not making changes to our hotel description.” He was able to give us a room that hadn’t been used the previous night but the reason we chose this place was because of the 24 hour practice. We were relying on it.

General looking and cleaning of the hotel were great, they requested face mask all the time, breakfast buffet now became box to go style, but it included hot omelette and sausage. Only thing bother me is that I found a woman’s hair on the bed, make me thing the sheet might not be changed.

Great place! Friendly staff! Had hot breakfast too unlike most others that offer hot breakfast but don’t now due to COVID. You can take a lesson in how to do it from these folks! Comfy clean beds too :)

Nice room but uncomfortable
The room was clean and nice, however the HVAC system did not work. We spent the night sweating while trying to sleep. The hotel wasnfull so there was no complaining to get another room.
