We stayed in a sea view suite. The room was clean. There were some problems with the centralized air conditioner but the staff promptly resolved the issue. The breakfast is good. The hotel implemented all the security measures about Covid-19. In the not so good part, the rooms require some small repairs.

I gave this hotel 3 stars because I think it is a truer reflection of its status. If you picked this hotel because you wanted a four star hotel, you will be very disappointed. The hotel has positives and negatives which I will list in turn. Positives: The sea view was amazing! The proximity to the beach, most of the hotel staff were nice, there was a car park right in front of the hotel and the breakfast was quite nice. The hotel was also relatively clean. Now on to the negatives: The hotel is surrounded by some run down/derelict buildings, the hotel needs updating with worn out carpets and furniture, the choice of furniture and decor looked basic and cheap e.g the varnish on tables in our room were stained/ marked with coffee cup stains and the curtains looked worn. The ceiling in our room looked like it had suffered a leak previously and had not been redecorated. My biggest issue was the ill-fitting toilet seat with marks! We also had a dissatisfactory exchange with one of the hotel staff when we used their laundry service. It took longer than we were promised and when we went to enquire, the time they said it would be ready kept changing. Overall, I thought it was okay and that is only because of the price we paid for our stay.

Excellent hotel - Breakfast was excellent!
It was a very convenient place to stay as we’d just arrived at Faro airport and pick up a car. Although I’ve never been to Portugal before I found the hotel no problem in around 40 mins. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was outstanding, location great, lots to see in the area but it clearly would suit folk who are ‘beach’ types.

There was no games room despite there being a photo advertising one. The gym wasn’t greatly equipped and the treadmill and cross trainer in there were very old and rickety.

We were given a room with sea view & hot tub on balcony, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was good, although we did not stay for evening meal it did look reasonable in price. We enjoyed the quietness of the immediate area which enhanced our relaxing break. Will stay again.
