One Night Stay
We booked a king bed room. On our way, they called to let us know none of the king bed rooms like we booked were available. So we ended up in a 2 standard beds room. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Hair in shower & bathroom floor. No one has cleaned behind that bathroom door in awhile. Hair all over the counter around the sink. Looked like someone had shaved a beard & no one cleaned up the hair afterwards. Cigarette holes in the sheets. All around...just not very clean. No continental breakfast. But hotel very convenient to anywhere you may need to go in Andalusia. Great local restaurant (Tabby D’s) in front of hotel. Staff was very friendly. Check in/out was very quick & simple. Beds were comfortable & clean.

The property was disgusting. I was afraid to get out of my car. I contacted you for a refund and was put on hold. I could not stay in that property and you should not have it listed.

We arrived very early in the morning & had been driving for 4 1/2 hours so we were very tired. I got us checked in, we all went up to our room to find the key would not work. I had to walk back down the stairs to have the clerk reprogram the card, the key still didn’t work. The clerk ended up using a master key to open our door. Luckily we were leaving first thing so we didn’t need to go in and out of our room since we didn’t have a key. The refrigerator door racks were broke. The only thing good about this place was the location & the clerk was friendly. It doesn’t even look as cozy as the pics look.

Arrived early 4 am was charged full day rate. Bath tub was new but was so slick almost fell 5 times had to put towel in tub. Wood around ac unit was destroyed on both sides. Beds were not given clean sheats ever. Bath towels were dirty like some one walked on them when we got there, but were getting better later in the stay. Next time spend the extra money go up the roas everything is about 10 minutes away.

The room said no smoking. It was awful. The place was ran down. The worst place I’ve stayed in years. If I didn’t have a pet I would not have stayed.

Only in a jam...
It was 98 degrees outside and the A/C was not running when we checked in. There were 3 of us in the room but only towels for 2 people. There was a pair of dirty underwear stuck behind the garbage can in the restroom. Room service knocked on the door at 915AM with a do not disturb sign hanging. She kept knocking and eventually just opened the door. If you're in a jam, stay here. If not go to a different hotel.
