Quality accommodation and caring staff
Great stay, because the AC wasn't working properly in our studio apt the staff moved us to another apt quickly and without any fuss. We really appreciated their caring attention. The apt was bright, spacious and clean. We will be returning.

Room was good and we appreciated a separate lounge area. The only downside for us was that we looked into the service areas of several adjacent buildings. I suspect all other rooms on the floor had views from their front position. We suggest you request a street front room.

Hidden gem in the city
I've stayed in Wellington many many times for work and wish I'd found this place sooner. Great location and surprisingly quiet considering its location. Had free parking on a deal but it's only $29 a day which is good value for city centre. Everything walkable from here, after all it's Wellington. Room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, full kitchen a bonus including fridge freezer and we used the washing machine. Staff super helpful and friendly, went out of their way to help us move rooms from 1 bed to 2 bed unit when our son joined us. Definitely staying again, actually we already booked.

Lovely place and facilities. Nice kitchenette however there were stains on the sheet prior to use. There was also an interesting smell from the bathroom drainage that was prominent before usage. Thank you for accommodating us overall though
