When I arrived, the key they gave me didn't work. I went down to the lobby and they gave me another card, that didn't work also. At last, they decided to give me a new room (this time the card opnened my door). But didn't send anyone with me to check if this time it was ok or help me and my daughter with the bags. Did not leave me a with very good first impression. The romm was only average, small with a small bathroom. Some things were worn out, like the shelf for the clothes and the bathroom door. The shower was ok, good temperature and pressure. There was a construction in front of the hotel so, early in the morning, the noise was a bit annoying since the windows weren't noise proof. I liked the breakfast, simple but complete. With fruits, milk, coffee, juice, ham, cheese, different kinds os breads, cakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, etc. It was in a small place, but since there weren't lots of gests, we could have a nice and calm breakfast. The hotel is also smoke free, which was excellent!! I recommend the hotel for a short stay where you will spend a little time in the room.

The hotel was nice and clean the staff was friendly. The only problem was the next door room was really loud and noisy. Next time I will have to call the front desk for help.

The problem is that the walls are paper thin, so you will hear everything that happens in other rooms (and i mean EVERYTHING). Other than that, the hotel is nice, location is good, staff is helpful, clean.

Friendly and helpful staff, no frills hotel but definitely served the purpose. Selected this hotel due to a flight arriving late in the night and requiring late check-in. Clean and comfortable stay. Parking available for a small fee.

Property has a problem with humidty. If A,/C is not kept at uncomfortably cool level, the floor and walls are wet and whole place smells moldy. Literary, water was dripping down the walls.

Nice view from my room, clean hotel and good service. Breakfast choices should be improved.

Good location in downtown Florianopolis - close the convention center. Has many good restaurants in walking distance. The hotel is also close to the ocean area which has a long running and walking path. There is a outside market on Sunday afternoons.

The hotel is very well located and the staff is very helpful. Unfortunately, maintenance hasn’t been a priority. There were holes on the couch cushion in the bedroom, as well as holes in the blackout curtain. There was dust all over the room, especially under the bed.

Bem, fomos muito bem atendidos. Só teve a questão do estacionamento que mesmo tendo ficado dois dias fora, os dias que fomos para o Beto Carrero, foram cobrados. E ai ainda envolve essa nossa ida ao Beto, eu liguei para recepção para saber se havia a possibilidade de fazermos um sanduíche as 6h e pegar um yogurte e irmos comendo, aí a Suzana foi super gentil e e educada em perguntar do gerente que disse que poderíamos sim ir tomar café porque já estaria servido e eu disse que não queríamos incomodar, mas no outro dia estava tudo montado as 6h, o rapaz que monta foi super legal e educado, contudo quando estávamos nos servindo apareceu um recepcionista, não sei quem era, falando bem o nome do rapaz e repetiu umas 3 vezes: - CAFÉ MUDOU DE HORÁRIO? CAFÉ MUDOU DE HORÁRIO? CAFÉ MUDOU DE HORÁRIO? Nós sentimos constrangidos ao ponto de depois que ele respondeu: - Não. Eu que decidi montar mais cedo. Eu fui lá e perguntei dele se tinha algum problema estarmos ali e ele foi novamente muito educado dizendo que não. Expliquei que eu só havia pedido para montar uns sanduíches e não pedi café da manhã mais cedo. Outro detalhe é que inicialmente nos colocaram no 8ª andar e a Wi-Fi só funcionava perto do elevador.
