Magnifique chambre très propre dans un environnement exceptionnel. Personnel très gentil. Excellent petit déjeuner. La piscine est à l’ombre une bonne partie de la journée donc l’eau est malheureusement trop froide

Clean and spacious room. The staff are very friendly, and the shuttle to maya shopping centre is convenient. The food in the restaurant is superb, we have the best curry soft shell crab ever!

Very refreshing hotel, lovely design and definitely not as crowded. The room is well decorated and very clean, just slight delay at check in, perhaps the room has so much detail to take care of, totally understandable. Staffs are amazing and extremely friendly, this is one reason why I would definitely come back. Breakfast might not be the craziest buffet with five thousand choices, but for sure tasty and fresh, offers egg dishes of my choice served in minutes. Beverages are great too! Overall experience is beyond our expectation, would definitely come back for another cozy holiday!

Everything about our stay here was amazing. From the ambiance of our room, the cleanliness and space of the room, the staffs are so nice and attends to your needs right away, food from their restaurant tastes really good. Very nice design hotel with a lot of eye pleasing architecture and furniture! The room offers a lot of possibilities for indirect lighting. The balcony bathtub is amazing and also the jungle view.

I came to celebrate my birthday here and I was so well cared for. They surprised me and brought me a piece of cake in my room and sang me happy birthday, I thought it was the sweetest thing! Everyone there was also so helpful and gave me all kinds of recommendations for activities and food all over Chiang Mai. As far as the rooms and accommodations, it all speaks for itself oh my goodness. The whole space including the common space as well as the rooms are so beautifully curated. I felt so comfortable and luxurious but still connected to nature. I’d recommend this place for anyone wanting to go to Chiang Mai.

비싼만큼 값을 하는 숙소.

1층의 프라이빗 풀이 포함된 객실을 이용함. 24시간 따뜻하게 수영을 할 수 있어 좋음. 친절하게 도움을 주려고 노력하는 직원, 특히 대학 어학원에서 한국어를 배운 여자직원분이 도와주심 ( 그랩으로 택시 4시간 대여를 하여 부아통 폭포를 가려 했으나 운전자가 그랩에 표시된 가격과 상관없이 훨씬 비싼 가격을 요구하여 호텔측에서 연결해 준 썽태우를 타고 다녀옴) 종류가 많지는 않지만 맛있는 조식 ( 처음에 음료와, 계란요리를 선택하여 제공해 주는데 계란요리를 인원 수 만큼 주문하면 배가 부르니 하나정도만 주문하여 나눠먹는게 좋음) 주변에 Des Cheveux 라고 태국여자분이 하는 미용실이 있음. 5마리 고양이와 2마리 개가 있어 동물을 좋아하는 사람이 가면 행복함. 처음에 사람보면 큰 개(foxy)가 컹컹 짖는데 좋아서 그런것임, 막상 안으로 들어가면 조용하게 안겨옴. 다시 오고 싶은 숙소.

Beautiful boutique hotel

If you are looking for a quietness from the nightlife and bar and not too far away from the heart center. This boutique hotel is your must-to-go place. When i was searching for a hotel for me and my mom. It's the one i knew i have to book when i saw it on one of the Youtube videos. So happy i found it on Hotels.com and booked it with breakfast included. This hotel is not big but every corner tired with nature. Everyone who is working there (front desk, driver, housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff) are very friendly. We have breakfast every day and some dinners in their restaurant. Food are fresh and yummy. If you need anything, just give them a call, they bring it to your room. I booked their full day car-rental with the driver. The service was very professional. Definitely my mom and i had a great time there.

Poor for families, poor management.

Great looking hotel, piss poor performance , i booked the hotel for a family of four , two adults two children, they provided a single room with a king bed , i explained it was far too small , after many talks , i had too purchase another room to link thought at full cost . Now with the extra room the air conditioning stop working , reaching 41oc we reverted to the single room . I explained the situation to the staff in the morning,staff said no problem it will be fix when you return from your day out . We returned and still not work . We again reverted to the single room . Eventually the room was fully operational only problem we checking out ! My wife stood for 45 minutes for the refund for the room, for them to deduct breakfest from the total which already been paid for ! Absolute waste of time. We was also told to wait 45days for a refund .

We enjoyed our time at Proud Phu Fah. From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and welcoming. The room was beautiful, clean and the perfect space to relax in the outdoor bath listening to the birds The food options were variable and the restaurant was airy and bright

Stunning spacious rooms, amazing views of the jungle area, felt very relaxed and zen in this hotel. We had a drink in the bar area and dinner at the restaurant one nigh - the food was good and lots of options. It is a short stay out of the centre but they did put on a paid shuttle service or could quite easily use grab, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Chiang Mai but stay out of the busy streets of the old town.
