Problème à l’arrivée dans le logement

Nous avons appris la veille de notre arrivée que l’adresse de notre réservation avait changé, arrivés dans le logement il manquait un lit (nous avions réservé pour 5, il n’y avait que 2 lits doubles) et malgré de nombreux appels avec un opérateur, aucune solutions n’a été ni proposée ni trouvée

Decent place. Has some pros and cons. Pros for me was it has full size fridge with an oven so u can cook ur own food. They have pots and frying pans. The beds are in a separate room so u can swnd the kids to bed while u stay up. Pretty clean, just walls in bathroom was a little stained. Cons are Couch turns into bed which is nice but its very uncomfortable. Theres no tv to watch. Internet is poor signal causing it to cut in and out all the time. There were no wash clothes. But overall its good. Id stay again. Just bring a projector to watch tv on lol.

It was horrible experience for me and my family...the building is horrible..very dirty ..plus..the room I booked ..it's not the one.. instead of informing me ..they booked other by themself and hand it over to me..when I try to tell them I want my room which booked they saying they all booked.....they dont have ...at the same night..I called them and told them I'm checking out coz of those reason.....it's takes me three days to get my money refund ..after I calling hundreds of times.....I will never book room from this company again for sure..101%...

Reading some of the other reviews made me nervous about how difficult it could be to check in so I made sure to be on top of it. For me personally, the communication was amazing. I had to download whatsapp anf imput my phone number, but that was a breeze. I suggest just messaging them over whatsapp its so much faster and easier. The spot is right in this sweet little Chinatown area, right down an alleyway with really cool graffiti. It might look a bit rough on the outside but its a really safe area. The place I stayed at had free parking in the garage, as well as the place i stayed in was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! For a cheap little hotel I was shocked with how NICE it was inside. It was awesome to stay at with me and my friends. As long as you keep on top of messaging the property via whatsapp, I had absolutely no problems as they respond incredibly fast. Thank you for the amazing stay and exceeding my expectations of this little place. It had a Fridge, coffee machine, it had cups and plates and cutlery, as well as cleaning products, shampoo and conditioner and body wash, and dish soap, a little space heater and everything. Its cheap, and worth it over all the other very expensive hotels. Bring extra blankets if your gonna sleep on the couch though.

What can you say when you book an apartment for yourself, get to the property to find you're sharing with another person and the guy who is upstairs comes down to use the kitchen? Oh, and no heating plus delayed check in to 5pm. It's crap amd I'm still awaiting a refund. Capital A, for AVOID!

READ THE REVIEWS!! The property uses a third party app to communicate. Property sent me an email prior to check in with a code for the door that didn’t even work. The people I visited decided to host me when I wasn’t able to get in, so I don’t know what it would have been like on the inside. Every review tells you to avoid this place. If you’ve been to any downtown area that looks a little questionable this is that place, the entrance was covered with ice on the floor, there is no set parking for your vehicle if you have one, and the way to the entrance is in a questionable alley. It’s also worth noting that this place is reviewed by sites (they are misinterpreted to be generous).

I’ll say this property for the price is worth it for the location and area and easiness to explore downtown Toronto. There are several apartments and the whilst there pictures are accurate, your particular apartment is only some of these photos. Mine didn’t have a kitchen or dining bench as pictured. My stay required several WhatsApp communication messages prior, with an seperate non Expedia online form to fill out and leaving a sizeable dollar deposit and sending proof of this in advance which I hadn’t needed to do anytime in my life prior. There were a couple of issues with the wrong code being given to access the property which was fairly annoying After travelling across the globe and a mention of keys which didn’t exist in my apartment. All in all it was a budget accomodation and everything turned out ok in the end but I think some others wouldn’t tolerate some of the intricacies of staying here.

They made us book the property and on the day of the check in we called them a lot of times. Nobody communicated with us or reach out to us. We have to find ways to communicate with them and when we did they told us the property that they want us to check wasn’t ready because of some maintenance issue and just told us that there’s nothing they can do about it and will just refund us our deposit. It took us a long time to come to an agreement to have a place for us to stay. They just kept saying sorry even though they could’ve reached out to us the day before or even a week before that their property wasn’t ready for occupancy. We booked the place more than a week prior and nobody bothered reaching out to us.

Great location & price, check-in needs improvement

My accommodation in Toronto was fine. I had no issues with the room I was ultimately given. It was clean and had everything I expected based on the description. However, my check-in was not a great experience. I was supposed to be emailed details for self check-in one to two hours in advance of my arrival. I never got that. I had to call and have them send it to me via WhatsApp. Then, the building access code didn't work. It took a few messages back and forth to get that sorted. Then, the room I was assigned hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. I followed up with the local number I had and was told I had to contact another number in the Philippines to get action on having the room in Toronto cleaned. Someone called me nearly an hour later from a Texas-based number offering to move me to another room in the same complex. Dealing with numbers in Canada, the Philippines and the US left me all very skeptical about whether I was being scammed. Ultimately, it all worked out. It wasn't a scam, but it was all rather confusing and took 3 hours to sort out before I got settled into my room for the weekend.

There was no working heat in our unit. After hours of trying to get them to do something we were offered a room 2.5km away at 2am. We had been drinking at a new years event and couldn't drive. So they said we refused offer and left us to freeze. Would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. We let them know around 6pm that we didnt have heat.
