They did respond and change room for us when we feedback of the condition. That we appreciate.

We book online stated one kid of 6 yr old. And hotel.com state is free breakfast for all. But on the spot tell me breakfast half price for kid of 6 year old. And they check for the paper slipper given. As one go under the bed. They hold me on until they find that out. Finally there is construction now, it is not possible to walk to paragon. They should have stated that when booking or provide a free shuttle. The location is bad due to the construction.

good location, 10min walk from Platinum Fashion mall and to Siam n Ratchathuwi BTS stations. need to know where to turn into the alley that leads to this hotel. Else location is excellent. breakfast spread was good. room is not fantastic, but reasonable for town area and this rate. security within hotel is good, room card is needed to access the lift. Wifi is good too.

Good and comfortable. Easily to check in and check out.

服務人員很有親切，但房間很不OK，跟圖片完全不一樣。床傾斜，燈光也不足，房間有桌子，但沒有椅子，另一間房放了兩張單人床，其中一個單人床，直接擋住衣櫥，導致衣櫥無法開啟使用。浴室水槽下的門已腐爛，看起來很可怕，廚房也是牆上有腐爛的木材。對面房間，可以直接看過來我們室內，無論何時，都需要關上窗廉...，房間也變的暗暗的。

전반적으로 만족합니다 수영장 없는것이 제일 아쉬웠어요 주위 풍광도 좋지 않아서 숙박시설만 이용한다면 문제될건 없지만 ...

Booked this hotel primarily for two reasons: they offered around the clock check in, and the location. Boy, were we disappointed. We arrived at the hotel at 10/10:30am. We were charged not only a cash deposit - which I don't understand why we were as they had our credit card and passports - but they also charged us 1000THB for "EARLY CHECK IN". How can one check in early if the hotel offers around the clock check in? And checking in at 10/10:30 is hardly early. Had we known this we would have chosen a different hotel. The room itself was fine. Nice big bed, bathtub, generally a good standard. The reception area is old, and seems a bit dodgy at best. On the evening before we were leaving we asked the reception to order us a taxi for 4:30am the next morning. They wrote it down. The next morning we're down in the reception waiting for our cab at 4:30am, and nothing. We waited until almost 5 am, ask them if our taxi was ordered as we had asked for the day before. They promised that the taxi was on it's way. We kept waiting until 5:15am, and still no cab. At that point we had one of the staff go out in the street to get us a taxi with a meter. We made it to our bus just in time. Generally very unhappy with our stay here.

Nära shopping i centrala Bkk och ändå i ett lugnt läge. Vi valde frukost som tillägg. Serverades en god buffé. Vänlig personal.
