Perfect location, nice and comfy room with kitchenette. The restroom flooring is heated!

Nice, clean, corresponds to description. Pleasantly impressed with heated floor in the bathroom.
Great location, very friendly receptionists, and an extremely comfortable bed. We were 2 couples staying in the family room and were extremely happy. There was a full kitchen available as well as a nice, clean bathroom, and very comfortable chairs around a table. The only suggestions for improvement I have would be to ensure that there are enough chairs for the amount of people staying, and also maybe some small portions of salt and oil in the kitchen. Overall, I can highly recommend this hotel.
Facilities were satisfactory except that the phone in our room did not work, so could not call front desk or taxi. Kitchen is fully equipped. Microwave on request. 99Hotel was centerally located. Likely to book this hotel again when visiting Tromso.
