Fraud transaction-500 swiss franc from credit card
I really could not understand why you people did this with me. when i already paid all the bills which was actually prepaid before the hotel check in. I have also paid the taxes at the time of checkin and we did not take even any thing in your hotel neither breakfast nor dinner then why you people have charged 500 swiss franc to us. I can see this transaction in my american express credit card. I did not use this card at the time of checkout but you have done this fraud with me.It is a really big amount please refund this unnecessary bill as soon as possible. Message for every:- Do not provide your credt card at hotel reception because will they misuse the card. Thank you Akash Gupta
