Alisa Hotel North Ridge

This booking gets you the property across the street from Alisa Hotel. It is more like an annex. The property must get its star rating from the main property, but it is not a four-star hotel. Our first room had a leaky air-conditioner and the toilet broke so it couldn't flush. Our second room had a whistling noise from the water heater so we had to close off the water flow when we were not using it. Our keys had to be renewed on a daily basis as they kept malfunctioning. The breakfast was not really that nice but had options. The staff, however, were super nice and always attentive.

Originally planned to stay for 2 nights, had a great time and I extended my stay but a night. Clean. Breakfast was very nice with loads of options. Hotel toiletries are great. They even have an ironing board in each room. No mosquitoes! They give you free water every day they clean your room. It’s super clean, all the staff were helpful. The pool and gym are great however if you have children and they want to swim, this pool is not good for them as the height starts at 3 feet. The TV has DSTV channels but not a lot of them. Aircon could be improved, needs an upgrade. Beautiful place to stay with everything you need. The menu and room service also good, however a little expensive. Overall: Beautiful place to stay with everything you need and I’d stay again!

I'm staying here second time and this hotel is quite basic but clean with good breakfast and service. Wi-Fi was not stable but it works.

Lovely stay. Centrally located near all of the major attractions making Ubers very affordable. Nice staff, particularly Ann Marie who gave great recommendations and directions.

Spoiled by repeated ac breakdowns. Had to change room on day 2. First bathroom rundown )for a 4 star..). Staff was kind though

Great hotel ! But it’s sooo annoying to make a reservation and paid for 3 months in advance and only to get there to hear “we’re sorry - there’s no room here at this location therefore you have to go to Alisa hotel at Labone “ 🙄 Staff won’t even say good morning ? There’s magic in customer service! Friendly security officers !!

If you find that the water pressure is not sufficient then you need to call down to reception to ask them to turn on the water pump; probably most mornings as they don't remember to do it every day, it gets turned off at night because the pump makes too much noise. Other than that food is good, take the breakfast included option. Don't pay for any of the upper room types as your value for money diminishes with the more you pay.

They stay in Alisa hotel was comfortable. The hotel is neat and clean. Good breakfast with lots of varieties. The location of the hotel is also good. My only advice to the hotel management is at-least one waiter/attendant should always be present at the reception. Every time when I called for service they have to call waiter from Swiss spirit hotel which is also Alisa hotel's property, in front of this hotel. But overall the stay was nice and I will recommend this hotel for comfortable stay.
