Best Western Legacy Inn & Suites

This hotel was a disappointment. I am so glad my friend had to cancel her weekend here. The room was an embarrassment. First of all, walking to my room, I noticed how dirty and stained the carpeting. I though oh no, I hope this is not going to be a bad decision to stay here. Secondly, upon opening my door, the room was stale. Not welcoming at all. The walls were dirty and banged up, the door had big gouge running across the door panel ,the fridge was dirty on the outside of it and looked very old, bathroom outlets did not work, floor carpeting was gross, bathtub was gross and stained with dirt on the tub floor, walked with shoes on the whole time due to carpet felt grimy. To charge a 143.00 for this room was disgusting. The breakfast was ok if you only had fruit, coffee and juice. The hot breakfast was warm, and hash browns under cooked. Eggs were fake. I will never stay at Best Western again, as the two experiences I did have, felt like a cheap Motel 6 room at a Marriot price! Don't be fooled by website pictures.

The beds were a little to hard for comfort. Also we were out at the pool and one of the front desk clerks came out at 958 and was very rude about the kids getting out of the pool. It wasn’t quite 10 yet but she wouldn’t even let the kids jump in one last time. Other than that the stay was good

Overall a pleasant experience. Due to the pandemic fears there wasn’t much of a breakfast and bar was closed.

The room was okay. The TV was on the small size. Check in was a problem. When I went to the room, someone was already checked into the room. They gave me another room. Just had to go back down to front desk.

The staff was wonderful; friendly and helpful. We have been going to this hotel since it opened. The location it perfect for visiting family. We hadn’t been there for a couple of years and were very disappointed to see the hotel look so run down, not well maintained at all. Tiles are missing in the elevator area and ice machine area, wood trim and baseboards are chip and broken and there are areas that need repainting. We liked this hotel and hope they fix it up before our next visit.

Nice and spacious room for my family. We surely enjoyed our night stay all together in one room.

Wasn’t overall impressed. We arrived to our room after we checked in....and the ac cover was laying on the floor when we walked in the room and the room was messy and smelly. Because of this we went and told the front desk and they assigned us a new room. Went to the new room and when we walked in there was a crack/hole in the wall, lights were burned out (didn’t turn on), and the ac cover wasn’t on. Also people who smoked, smoked near the back entrances, which caused you to smell there smoke throughout the hotel (if you had a room near the back entrances you could smell it on the first 2 levels). We went and let them know about all of these things, and there response was here have some blue tape so you can put the ac cover back on and tape it into place (so it stays?). They also gave us a new lightbulb, but told us that it probably wouldn’t fit as they thought they were all out of stock of the correct size of bulbs needed for the specific light in question. I found it interesting that they didn’t even offer to come and fix anything, they wanted us to do it. Overall the outside of the hotel looks nice, but the rooms are not kept up and maintained on the inside. Since they offered us no other options we decided to keep the second room on the third level as this way we at least didn’t have to smell the cigarette smoke that was on the back of the first 2 floors. For these reasons I was extremely disappointed with this best western location.

Love staying at the hotel. Everything we need is close by. We stay here when we have flights out or even when we don't.

Dropping hubby off at airport very early AM so we spent the night. Didn’t have an opportunity to use any of the facilities other than sleep. Great beds and awesome pillows!! Hard for me to find pillows I like.
