I had a fall getting out of the indoor pool, my husband had to get a wheelchair as I badly sprained my ankle very badly graised knees and hurt my shoulder. No ice pack on the property, no staff offered to help us or called us to see if I was ok. in our 24 hr stay. I'm a 65 yr old woman so when you fall it's not good. When my husband went to get the wheelchair from reception no staff member offered to come with him to see if I was ok. He told them his wife had a fall . 3 weeks later I'm still receiving medical treatment for my knees and ankle and physio on my shoulder. No incident report was filled out either and now Abby beach is saying we didn't ask for help. We shouldn't have to ask for help. We had our 7 year granddaughter with us and as two older people it was a very difficult situation to be in. I feel it's up to the resort to make sure their guests are ok and at least offer a medical kit. They say I didn't ask for a medical kit , but we got a wheelchair as I couldn't walk , and my husband walked me back in through reception with blood all done my knees in extreme pain with 3 different injuries. I am taking this further with the Resort. Where has the duty of care gone for your guests. Most disappointing thing is they are making all the excuses under the sun to say I didn't ask for help, but at the same time they said staff take notes on every event that happens, funny that! Will never go back there!! There is no railing on the indoor pool either .
