Great location and great staffs.
The hotel is in very good location, it allow customer to have a great view of the main driver, and be close to alot of other interesting places in the city. Staffs are quite friendly and willing to help the their customers.

staff confirmed pre-arrival that hotel have car parking, but when we came, no car parking. we had to park at the opposit side of hotel and must pay for that, then get the ticket to front desk to take back the money. How inconvenience! And it was unsafe for our car.

A Very Comfortable Stay
An excellent property; view from river view room was outstanding! Bed was comfortable, a/c functioned well, room was large and clean with minibar fridge. Buffet breakfast was excellent, with offerings for Western and Asian tastes and a pho/egg station. The property is located on the outskirts of a tourist quarter with many restaurants and bars, nightlife. A Highlands Coffee is attached and pharmacies, minimarts, and laundry is nearby. Across Le Loi ia a very clean and pleasant park, and the city and the Citadel are within a long walking distance.

nice hotel with fresh healthy breakfast buffet and tables inside and outside for your choice. The pool was small. Not used by many people at the time of my stay. Almost walking distance to the royal city and the river front nearby. 2 hour boat-ride to the pagoda and back costs between 400.000 and 700.000 dong (depends on your nationality)

After Hoi An, Hue was a huge let down. The town is dirty and crowded. Welcome to Vietnam. The Muong is probably your best Hotel choice. Close to everything, and just down the street to countless restaurant choices. The Balcony was a plus, But the rooms are tired and need to be refreshed. The Breakfast buffet was a Pleasant change with many Western food options, a big departure from DaNang. The staff was very friendly and Welcoming.

Not a pleasant stay
Wifi not working even after complaining. Didn't provide Iron even after requesting. Didn't refill in-room snacks items after usage. Didn't change bed sheet even after proper card was left on bed. Bathroom door lock was not working, on complaining they sent a handyman to fix it with hammer and other tools and then leaving a trail of footstep dirt on the bathroom floor for us to clean. Only thing about this "4 star" hotel is its location.
