It was good when I get a early check in. But,
1. The door of room unable to close well. Did request front dest send the engineer come and fixed it. Been waiting for more than 30 min, we was very hungry & decide to get some food then only come back ask them to fixed it.
2. At night, we want to boil some hot water, but find out the certain part of kettle was very dirty!!! Some kind of white stain! Disgusting!
Next day we ask housekeeping to change a new kettle, he did went to the next room, and took some time to pass me the kettle. We find out that kettle having same issues, only the dirty part was removed so it look clean, but NO!

Did request to change for 2nd time, but still same! I think they did wash the kettle but still got white stain. So we give up!
