We enjoyed our stay at this resort. They staff was very friendly, all spoke English well, everything was clean and well cared for and the buffet food was always good. The only negative about this stay was no room WiFi but you can get WiFi in the lobby for free

The customer service we received at this resort was awful. We had airport transportation pre-arranged with them and they forgot to pick us up. Their damage control was awful and I did not think refunding us one way was enough. Your choice for food is only a buffet and the food is horrible. The Egyptian hospitality we know and love is non-existent at this resort. You get hounded no matter where you go in the resort, being bothered to buy extra services even after you firmly tell them NO. The staff is not warm and welcoming. I had so many issues with this hotel but don't have it in me to go into complete detail. I visited this resort to see if it's somewhere I would ever send my clients (I am a travel agent) and I will NEVER EVER send someone to this place. I highly recommend AGAINST booking this resort. There are so many better options in Sharm with better customer service, better food and a better location.

La struttura si presenta molto bene, nella maggior parte delle camere ricevono il segnale wifi che funziona molto bene anche dalla spiaggia e dalla zona piscine. Le camere sono curate e spaziose, vengono pulite quotidianamente, ogni giorno vi viene lasciata una bottiglia d'acqua, i prodotti e gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti tutti i giorni. La spiaggia e le piscine sono tenute bene, con lettini molto confortevoli. Il mare è molto bello e la barriera corallina a pochi metri dalla riva. Gli addetti alla reception sono molto disponibili e gentili. L'animazione e le attività proposte nell'hotel sono molto scarse. I ristoranti e il personale che ci lavora (tolto quello sulla spiaggia consigliato a pranzo) sono di livello molto basso. I bar funzionano bene ma con prodotti di bassa qualità, anche qui il personale non è sempre disponibile e professionale. La SPA ha un costo molto alto per il servizio che viene reso (jacuzzi con acqua fredda e funzionanti ad intermittenza, non tutti i massaggiatori sono professionali). In linea di massima un'esperienza piacevole ma non al livello delle strutture della catena nel resto del mondo.

Barceló group normally is sinonimous of quality but not in this case . Barceló tiran Sharm is one of the latest hotel to be builded but is look like very old infrastructure cause nobody is taken really care. ROOMS: generally are very well cleaned just if you complain and give money to the housekeeper. FOOD RESTAURANT: food quality is just standard but not a factor, but what is a factor is that some of the people working there are really uncomfortable serving you the food specially at the meat area, looks like they want to give you the minimum. FOOD SWIMMING POOL: very bad food and always the same, but people at the kitchen are very nice and polite. ICE CREAM: After you pay 2000 and more euro for 11 days and ALL INCLUSIVE 24H , they sell to you the ice cream for 1USD..is not acceptable beside the ice cream is really very bad quality.. 3 to 4 pm free causing cue and my son can t wait this time to get it free.. DRINKS: So this is not really all inclusive but they give you just what they want...as you have to pay also for Red bull. Not fresh juice just little bit of siroup mixed with a lot of water causing pain in the stomac and the same apply for the soft drinks, not real coca cola, or sprite or orange but some fake drinks mixed with a lot of water. BEACH: not well maintained and Dirty, crowdy if you don t get up early no places. KIDS AREA: very dangerous, broken slides; and many sharp and broken items can hurt badly anyone
