A gem! We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed this hotel in every respect. We arrived at 0330 after a delayed flight and had an effortless check-in. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection including cooked eggs. We had probably the best room in the hotel with ocean views and a balcony with a hammock. The bed and bathroom facilities were excellent. The only downside is that the beach is tidal and really only accessible in a falling and low tide. The hotel staff set up beach chairs and umbrellas on request! A lovely pool and attentive staff.

A good 3 stars not a 4 stars
It is a nice hotel, a good 3 stars but definetely not a 4 stars hotel. My tv didn’t work for my 5 nights stay, I was complaining every day. The answer was always that they are checking but not even once they came to the room to check it. The shower was good, the room was small, the hotel is old but nice. The restaurant is good and with a very good service.

Great service. Very good breakfast. I didn't try the restaurant but it has a great reputation. My room was dark with literally no view, so this part was disappointing. Next to the beach and to the 'calçadão', if you enjoy running or walking.

O hotel é antigo porém bem localizado, fica na área nobre de Ponta Negra. Quarto arejado e bem ventilado, cama confortável, roupa de cama e banho boas, chuveiro excelente. Porém o fato do restaurante ser aberto ao público tira a privacidade e segurança dos hóspedes pois o mesmo ambiente da piscina é frequentado por hóspedes e não hóspedes. Em plena Pandemia tinha aglomeração, mesas com comemoração de aniversário e chá de bebê. Achei um absurdo. A minha escolha do hotel foi justamente por ser um hotel pequeno (apenas 23 quartos) mas para minha surpresa tinha lotação maxima de 100% de todos os quartos (não consegui o late checkout) e o ambiente da piscina para jantar e almoço estavam lotados...o atendimento era moroso e atrapalhado. Não me senti bem e não voltaria. Gosto de bom atendimento e exclusividade. Pagar uma diária de hotel e parecer que está num clube foi super desagradável. Infelizmente não foi uma boa escolha. Não recomendo e não voltaria.
