La réservation n’a pas été honorée. Soit disant le gérant ne commercialise pas de chambre via ce site internet. Bref a fuir !

A éviter !

Contrairement aux indications il n'y a pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont vieillissantes et spartiates. La vue sur la montagne est en réalité une vue sur la rue et le bureau de tabac avec un petit bout de sommet qui dépasse au-dessus des toits. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées et le quartier particulièrement bruyant.

Personne à la réception, j’ai dû contacter quelqu’un et patienter pour qu’on vienne m’ouvrir. J’ai payé le petit déjeuner en ligne ils étaient pas en mesure de me proposer le petit déjeuner. Lendemain. J’ai j’ai attendu pendant 20 minutes jusqu’à 7h45 que personne n’est venu du coup, personne m’a remboursé la chambre le sol était collant la partie évier collante. J’ai à peine osé mettre mes affaires dessus et l’immobilier n’en parlons pas.

Notre avis ,c'est que nous n'avons pas séjourner dans cette hôtel ,car la réception était fermé,nous avons tel au numéro affiché et on nous à sagement répondue que les réservation était terminée à 18h nous nous sommes déplacés pour rien ,nous sommes repartis et on nous à encaisser 80,00€ pour rien ,je demande un remboursement immédiat.
