I loved the view from the balcony overlooking the marina. I don't think all units would have such a view, so I would check before booking. The lady at reception was really lovely. We booked a two bedroom on level 2, and it was comfortable. The unit is ageing, the walls could do with a paint and the washing machine was falling apart a little (still worked fine), but overall the unit was clean. The pool is fabulous, and goes well with a glass of wine (fancy plastic glass of course!). The walk to Airlie Beach along the boardwalk was a nice walk. Overall I think it is better than much of the accommodation in Airlie. Size wise, it's great for families.

Great waterfront place in good location

Had a lovely stay! Had ground floor room was very spacious. We prefer self contained so we can cook at home- it had everything we needed to do this and a bbq too. Water view was a bonus. Would have been great to have some bikes for hire, as the location with the boardwalk out the front is great. We walked into the main part of town every day. I also enjoyed a bath both nights we were there, it was nice and deep. We Would recommend and stay again. Happy with price too!

The view from the apartment was wonderful, it’s a great location. Unfortunately the apartment we were in needs a lot of attention. The main toilet has tiles ready to full of the wall, very dangerous. The air conditioner on the top balcony is so noisy you can not sit up there. And the cleaning of the apartment needs to be better. Very disappointing.

Beautiful location and views. Property kept in great condition. Bed linen didnt fit the bed however and the whole sleeping situation was very uncomfortable. Multiple lights, the bedroom fan and the main air conditioning unit didnt work.

Bathroom (tube) is very dirty, washing machine makes real loud noise, toilet flush also made loud noise, bed a bit smelly.

Our room was horrible, very dirty. Curtain are grubby. Mould all over shower. Floor wasn’t clean. Sofa had crumbs all over it. We were given 2 dirty towels & no bath mat. Our bed wasn’t made correctly so I remade it & discovered there was no mattress protector. I spent time wiping down light switches & remote controls & the fridge. I didn’t use any kitchen equipment as I wasn’t sure if it was clean. I thought in COVID time things would of been double checked. It’s a party place so if your looking for somewhere quiet this isn’t the place. COVID practices are not happening here. We went to the pool area, only 10 people are meant to be in there area but people just piled in, would of been 25, so we left. We then had a couple screaming & fighting in complex & a baby crying that woke as up, went on for awhile. We paid for 2 nights but decided to pack up & leave. Will never go back

DO NOT waste your money here! We stayed in room 216, in absolute filth! These apartments are FAR from 5 star, as claimed. We paid $525 for 2 nights to stay in absolute filth- and that is no exaggeration! Bench tops were sticky and grimy, with old food and oil splatted. Old dry bits of food stuck to the sink and stovetop. “Clean” dishes were dirty and smeared. The bath tub had a build up of hair around the drain and had slimy gross stuff all under the non-slip bath mat (as seen in photos). Shower covered in hair and lime scale, and smelt awful. The toilets were beyond disgusting-like nothing I had ever seen (I have no words). The floors throughout the apartment were greasy and looked like they hadn’t been moped in forever. There were a total of 8 down lights out so we basically sat in the dark at night. The curtains were a struggle to open and the glass doors were again, filthy covered in greasy handprints. The bed sheets were soiled, smelt really bad and felt damp (we went down to the local Woolworths and managed to buy some bed linen as we couldn’t get in contact with anyone at reception) How anyone can stay in a place like this is beyond me. IF YOU ARE WANTING A 5 STAR STAY, THIS IS NOT 5 STAR!!!
