I have been to many hotels in Baku including 5 Stars one but my stay at Amazon hotel was out of this world. Very quiet, very cooperative very clean and a very beautiful look too and they didn’t mind/charged anything despite we were more than 5 hours late in our checkout time. We had a relaxing and comfy experience of staying at Amazon hotel Baku recently. All the staff and mainly the front desk manager Ali and Al Noal were really really helpful. The cleaning lady on our floor was such a smile person and was always there to provide with our needs. Building and furnishings of the hotel need some looking after but staff tried to help in every way in their capacity. City's attractions can all be easily reached by a short taxi ride or about 30 min walk. Its located in a quite area and has all the amenities like gym, swimming pool etc for a relaxing experience. A 24 hour super market is located about 100 meter from it. Breakfast service was very average and needs a huge improvement.

Het hotel is van eigenaar veranderd. Het lijkt een positieve wending te hebben daar er gewerkt wordt de kamers op te knappen. Wij hadden nog een oude kamer, waarvan de eigenlijk alles vernieuwd moet worden. De kamer was wel erg groot, wat dan weer een pluspunt is. Zwembad is lekker om af te koelen, maar omdat het overdekt is, is het er ook wel erg warm als je er uit bent. Ontbijt is voldoende.
