Substandard experience
No information in advance about the $100 pet fee and the $27 a day parking. Had I known it would be an additional $250, I would not have chosen this hotel. Also no notice of all the amenities that were cancelled recently - gym, breakfast, pool. The cost of the rooms is supposed to include these and yet the rate was not lowered. Oven and stove were filthy - had not been cleaned at all. Ice maker didn't work. Had to ask for a coffee maker. Beds were not the pillow top with down comforters.... more like Motel 6 beds from 1980 - horribly flattened out and hard. Netflix and Hulu movies on TV stopped constantly and TV had to be turned off and back on again. No hot water in the 2nd bedroom. Dirty furniture - food smears from previous customers. On the plus side the staff was completely courteous, friendly and helpful.

Wish the hotel was up front about the parking fee at check in. $27 for parking is steep. Will not stay there again when nearby hotels have free parking.

Fantasic value for the money.
The staff was fantastic. It was a great location! Even the bagged COVID-19 bagged breakfast was good. The kids really enjoyed having private pool time.

When we got to our room we noticed a bug on the bed ...at first glance I thought it was a tick I picked it up and it did not look like a tick so I flushed it down the toilet took a shower came out and found another bug on the bed. I took a picture of it and googled it. It was what appeared to be a bedbug. I called the front desk immediately and they moved us to a second room Nextdoor. when I asked the maintenance guy to come look at the bug he said bedbugs can’t possibly come out during the day (which is a complete myth) and he was also quite rude to us. The same maintenance guy was yelling at children in the hallway for not having masks on ...I get it but there is a friendly way to speak to children. I was not compensated anything just moved from one bedbug room to another.

Very disappointing about the amount of parties thrown, kids knocking on our door then running, fire alarm constantly going off, room smelled like smoke and we had a non smoking room. The room itself was clean and spacious, the front desk were friendly and very helpful if you needing anything. As far as returning here i don't think I would because of all the kids in this hotel running , loud talking and pulling fire alarms.

What a disappointment
Check in was rude. I asked how the view was and she rolled her eyes and said “they’re all the same to me.” I have never had a more uncomfortable bed in my whole life, let alone a “nice hotel.” The bathroom door was filthy and I have attached a picture. Not the best quality as lighting was bad, but you get the jest. Don’t do it.
