I stay at this hotel quite often and have never had a bad experience! Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Conveniently close to everything you would need!

Staff was very friendly, it was very clean. But, both beds need replaced, they both looked like a very large person laid dead center for a year. The elevator was on the other side of my wall, it was extremely noisy. I was there to work 12 hour shifts as a nurse, 7p to 7a. Elevator noise made it difficult to sleep during the day. Also, it was $22 a night to park in their lot.

Hotel beautiful. Service really great. However, I am appalled I had to pay $22/day t park where I am already paying as a hotel guest.

I like the cleanliness of the facility. Check in is quick and easy. The staff was very accommodating. And the suites are very clean and welcoming!

The room was not ready for occupancy, no toilet paper, there were dust in the table, the towels were brand new and left white materials on your body ,...the sink smelled like it was not cleaned and sanitized at all.

I booked 2 rooms under my name and they were not available at check in. I showed my confirmation for both rooms and gave my card etc. The second room which I booked through expedia ended up being charged to the guest in the second room, not through expedia, but through the hotel itself. The hotel repeatedly tried to get me to book through them but I reiterated that I wanted Expedia's booking and the rate. In the end, it appears the hotel booked through themselves.

Our previous stays were great which made this one that much more disappointing. There are rooms in this hotel that are directly over active train tracks. Every hour through the night a whistling, loud, long train rolled by just below the room. Two hours of sleep total for a moderately priced hotel with a large daily parking charge. I won't stay there again.
