We attended a concert at Exit/in which is just across the street which was vet convenient. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is very new. There is free coffee, hot cocoa, and tea at all times in the lobby. Beds were very comfortable!

Great location and wonderful facility. Clean. Convenient. Loved the wine in the lobby. Modern amenities. I was on the 2nd floor which opens to the lobby area. Skip that -- you could hear a lot of noise. Not bad, just ask for a different floor.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Nashville and had a very good experience. The place was clean and well-kept. The room was nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and a large TV. The fitness room was well-equipped, and the breakfast offered was decent and satisfying. One thing I noticed, though, is that the breakfast could be improved by replacing the plastic cutlery with something more environmentally friendly. The only other downside was that the pool area was mostly in the shade, which made it less enjoyable. However, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive impression. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others visiting Nashville.

The property is well kept and clean. The breakfast a plus as wellThe staff were all personable and gracious; especially Anna at the front desk. The only drawback was the valet parking. It was expensive and really not necessary, with so many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The valets were all very nice, but somewhat aggressive in asking for positive comments on reviews. Our business took us to a bldg. at St Thomas Hospital that took more than 15 mins to get there, rather than the three we were anticipating from the map app.

The front desk representative was weird, she had this vacant stare and seemed lost. She did not explain the parking facilities available around the hotel. Made me feel unwelcome. New facility, good breakfast, very friendly staff, wish I could give higher rating, I like Holiday Inn Express. But our vehicle was broken into on first in the hotel parking garage. Spent next two days getting new window and cleaning up glass. Hard to feel safe after that. Housekeeping was spotty. Parking a real challenge, spaces too small and poorly designed. I understand they are going to valet parking which has to be better.
