For starters the weather was like 100° and there's absolutely NO air conditioning, the hot water was not working, we had to shower in cold water it was absolutely boiling in the apartment. Not even fans or anything. There's no front desk staff at all. Good luck to anyone going now as the weather is extremely hot.

The hotel is a self-check-in style, and well maintained in a nice neighborhood. The only issue for me was that it is directly under the flight path for flights leaving from 6:00 a.m. onwards at the airport. This made sleeping in nearly impossible.

There was no staff. The automated hotel has no on premises staff except for cleaning personnel. We were not aware that it was automated and were initially confused. We finally figured it out and received a code to get in and a code for our room door. Worked for us but the automated hotel will not be our choice in the future.

It’s a self check-in process, so dropping off your bags before check-in likely isn’t an option—unfortunate for most travelers, frankly. Our room key code wasn’t useable til the 3pm check-in slot—which we didn’t get until we called the help number a few times. Other guests told us the same. That process could absolutely be smoother and more accommodating (something that would be, were there someone working at the counter in the lobby.) Overall—it’s a cheap, clean room with solid amenities, comfy beds and a larger bathroom than us 2 Americans expected. I’d stay again, but only because now we know about the check-in process.

Check in process is very difficult! The listing says it it staffed after 3 or 4 pm but it is not! If we hadn't talked with someone staying there and used their phone to call the number for help, we would not have been able to check in. They were suppose to provide a door code for the apartment via email, we never got it. Also, you need a code to the outside door and again, we did not get it. There were no instructions on how to use the microwave and we could not get it to work. The room, bed and everything else was good. Close to bus stop and a couple of restaurants nearby and small convenience store.

Close to buses and trains. Not a full kitchen just stove top, microwave and large fridge. Coffee supplies were only good for a couple days. Never got clean towels or trash taken away for a 9 day stay. Communication with staff wasn’t great. She told me she would bring more coffee and toilet paper and she only brought TP and that took 2 days. Not a lot of English speaking channels on TV

Room smelled nothing but cigarette smoke. Tried to have a shower, water would burn your skin then switch to ice cold instantly without touching any knobs or adjusting. Contacted property staff since there’s no one on site, 36 hours later got a reply saying nothing is wrong with the shower and that the cleaning person came in and said they couldn’t smell cigarette smoke. We asked for knew bedding at least, did not hear back on that. Tried to use the microwave, no touch buttons on the one side would work. We left a day early. Wouldn’t stay again

Room was not made (dirty bed sheets mess, dirty towels). As there is no reception, and phone number provided didn't work, took 2 hours to get a hold of somebody. As I only stayed for an overnight layover, it ruined my trip to Zurich. On the other hand, property was nice, bed was comfy and pillows were amazing. Short bus ride to the airport, and 3 stops using S7 train to city center.

Once you get past the self check-in, everything is nice, clean, and easy. To be fair the self check-in was easy as well, but new to me. Make sure to check your email for instructions. Would be nice if you can register on more than one phone for multiple guests. Plenty of parking across the street.
