Clean & quiet stay. Very nice.

2/10 Lemah

The pictures that show for the OYO Lenoir hotel are not of that hotel. They are of the hotel next to it. All of the amenities are next door. There is no pool at either property. It is a motel not hotel with monthly rates and is totally sketchy and it's description and pictures are a lie. AND Expedia would do nothing to remedy the situation.

There is no lobby. No clue where to check in. The toilet didn’t flush

Toilet flushed on and off all night. Blankets were filthy. Sheets had burn holes from cigarettes on them. One mattress was awful, the other felt ok but was mildewed.

Room was dirty, bedding had stains and rips to covers this place shouldn’t be allowed to be called a hotel, reception man was to busy on personals calls to assist, steer clear people, breakfast was average but parking was good
Ulasan yang disahkan

4/10 Sederhana

The staff was pleasant. The property needs a lot of improvements. Looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The room wasn't cleaned the entire 2 weeks we were there. We only got clean towels. The toilet had mold under the rim. The smoke detector had tape over where the detector should be. There was black stuff around the bathroom floor.
