An excellent bungalow in lovely surrounds. Pools are beautiful. straight off the beach.

The Deluxe Bungalows are in severe need of renovations. The bathroom (in room 314) was a nightmare-mold, cracked faucet that would actually cut your hand, plastic shower curtain. The bedroom was also in poor shape, chunks missing from the bedside lamps as if someone chewed them off, stained curtains, dim lighting (maybe a good thing actually) and best of all a strong constant sewage smell. Dire. We left after one night. The new buildings look fine.

We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the resort. The two swimming pools are cleaned daily. The breakfast spread was varied, though I found some a little too salty. We were given 1 free dinner with the booking and the food was amazing. We booked the 2 way hotel transfer from the airport and it was a breeze. Overall, the staff was friendly. However, I was a little disappointed with one of the managers who didn't help me to arrange a little birthday surprise for a dear friend. Going to Ao Nang was a little tricky as we had to take a long boat there and had to be back by 6pm. However, we are not complaining as there was a stretch of restaurants beside the Railay Beach Resort which serves local fare like the famed Thai Banana pancakes. I would definitely come back to this resort although it is a little pricey from most of the resorts in Ao Nang.

The bungalows are dated and need upgrade of the beds and pillows but the location more than makes up for it. Also, we had to get room cleaned just to get new supplies of water. Other hotels encourage guests not to clean rooms every day as part of eco friendliness - just a thought.

The property was located right on Railay Beach, which is gorgeous BUT very difficult to get to and from. In order to get to the airport in Krabi, we had to take a golf cart, boat, and car which took over an hour - the hotel was generous in organizing this for a fee but is important to consider.

The hotel is on a beautiful beach, so you can have breakfast watching the sea. The breakfast is not really nice, the warm dishes are okay. But not much bread and hardly anything to put on it, with a long line for the egg station. The beach and the sea are great, but you share them with a lot of people on a day trip. The Coming and going longtail boats are really nice, but make a lot of noise. The hotel is big. We rented a room for 3 people, but there was only 1 glass, 2 cups, 2 towels etc. I think the smaller rooms (little huts in the garden) look much nicer! There are 2 swimming pools, one at the beach and a quiet one at the back of the garden. The one at the beach didn’t have enough sun beds (hotel was pretty full in the weekend). Overal we had a nice stay and enjoyed our weekend, but wouldn’t booked this hotel again (no value for money)

Very disappointed in hotel staff unfriendly oldish needs work had to ask at 3pm to clean room & get some water This was every day for 3 days. Unfortunately I accidentally broke a cheap glass in our room & they changed us 300 batt. Railay is over crowded & very expensive any were else in Thailand can of coke 15 batt Railay 40 batt so many people at one time on Railay beach west we counted 45 boats the beach was covered in Selfie taking poses What a joke. Unfortunately we booked for 3 nights never again at this hotel or Railay Ps I have never in 45 years of travelling had to say something this bad about a hotel or destination

Hotel is tired and old looking. Buildings by pool area are very unattractive. Room was average; air conditioner dripped water all night making the floor tiles beside the bed slippery and dangerous. Shower head needed cleaning, so only a trickle of water came out. If this is supposed to be a relaxing place to go, it is not, as great hordes of boat trippers turned up for a lunchtime buffet making the restaurant and pool area horribly noisy and overcrowded. We left a day early.
