First off getting into the place was complicated. It wasn't clear where the front door was. When I found it, there was a message on the door stating to use the code that had been sent by text or email. I had been sent neither. When I called the no. I fortunately got through to someone pleasant straight away, who gave me the code over the phone and sent it to me via SMS while we were talking. The entrance area was bizarre and unwelcoming. It looks like an entrance way to an uninhabited block of council flats.... Once in the room, it was extremely cold and I couldn't find the heating. There were holes in the wall where a heater had obviously been. So I called the contact no. again to explain and while doing so I saw the air conditioning above my head was also a heater. The remote control was hidden away so it was not easy to find. The room was extremely basic. The shower was not clean. There were used shampo items in the shower tray. The hotel is right on an extremely loud road with lorries whistling right by the window. A spotlight came on in the night right outside the window, which even the shutters did not sufficiently block out.

Je déconseille fortement cet hotel. Après avoir reçu confirmation de ma réservation ainsi que le code de la porte. J'ai attendu 2HEURES que l'on m'envoie le code pour récupérer ma clé.Et enfin onm'a dit d'aller voir ailleurs car ils avaient un problème technique. J'ATTENDS TOUJOURS MON REMBOURSEMENT CAR BIEN ILS AVAIENT ENCAISSE MA NUIT. Je connaille a hOTEL.COM de déréférencer cet hotel.Une honte...

Madame, Monsieur, Nous vous écrivons suite à notre séjour dans votre établissement. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été très loin des prestations attendues et nous souhaitons vous faire part de plusieurs dysfonctionnements majeurs qui ont fortement impacté notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté la présence d’un rat mort juste devant l’entrée de l’hôtel, ce qui est totalement inacceptable d’un point de vue sanitaire et d’image. Nous disposons d’une photo à l’appui que nous pouvons bien entendu vous transmettre. Par ailleurs, la chambre présentait une forte odeur d’égout persistante, rendant l’atmosphère particulièrement désagréable. La douche était également dans un état très moyen, ne correspondant pas aux standards attendus pour un établissement hôtelier. Enfin, l’éclairage extérieur restait allumé toute la nuit et illuminait directement la chambre à travers la fenêtre, malgré les rideaux tirés. Cette situation nous a empêchés de dormir correctement, ce qui a fortement dégradé la qualité de notre séjour. Compte tenu de l’ensemble de ces éléments, nous estimons que la prestation fournie n’a pas été conforme et ne justifie pas le tarif payé. Nous vous demandons donc un remboursement total ou, à défaut, un geste commercial significatif. Dans l’attente de votre retour, nous espérons une réponse rapide et une solution à la hauteur du désagrément subi. Cordialement,

Perfect stays. Just lack of human contact.

Everything was fine, just a small problem starting the heating. Thanks to Alexandre for coming quickly to help me. The restart attempt was not very conclusive. A technician was supposed to come the next day. During the night the heating started up again and unblocked itself. Otherwise, good stay, perfect place. It's true that this system lacks relationships and human contact. The key handover system is absolutely perfect and efficient. Thank you, I will come back.

Avec un peu plus d’attention, ce serait top

🌿 quelques ajustements bienvenus pour que ce soit top Nous avons passé une nuit dans l'appart'hôtel Les Tonnels, avec l'envie d'aimer le lieu… mais quelques détails ont un peu compliqué notre expérience. L’arrivée, d’abord, a été un peu stressante : le code d’entrée du bâtiment ne figurait pas dans le mail. On a reçu directement le code de la boîte à clés… mais pour y accéder, il fallait déjà être à l’intérieur. Petit moment de flottement à l’arrivée, qu’un simple message clair aurait pu éviter. Tout se fait en autonomie, sans contact humain. C’est pratique pour certains, mais un peu déroutant quand on arrive avec des valises lourdes au 2e étage (pas d’ascenseur), et qu’on aurait aimé un petit mot ou un sourire. Quelques points pratiques à améliorer aussi : – Pas de frigo dans l’appartement, ce qui est surprenant pour un séjour en appart’hôtel – Une toile d’araignée repérée à notre arrivée – Une chasse d’eau capricieuse, qui coulait en continu car le bouton ne fonctionnait pas bien Ce sont des détails, bien sûr, mais qui peuvent faire la différence avec un peu plus de soin. Le lieu a du potentiel, l’autonomie peut être un atout si elle est bien accompagnée… il ne manque pas grand-chose pour rendre l’expérience fluide et agréable. 🌟

Belle chambre, salle de bain magnifique avec fenêtre, bon débit d'eau, l'eau chaude arrive très rapidement. Le bus en face du logement est pratique, et malgré la route très passante, la chambre était très bien insonorisée. Un frigo aurait été appréciable mais j'ai cru comprendre que d'autres chambres en avaient. Belle expérience

My room was not made up so after several phone calls they switched me to another room. My only issue was that they directed me to an unsecured closet with keys to every room in an unsecured key box. Very unsafe anyone could have accessed it and have access to any room. Also not able to communicate well in English
