Clean, comfortable and quiet. The perfect place to stay while in Vancouver. It is in Chinatown, so you may have heard not to come to this area, but you should. So much history, architectural gems, and small locally owned cafes and restaurants. We did not feel unsafe at all. The furniture, fixtures and details were very homey but also luxurious as well. They have all the amenities one would need in an apartment. The hotel has good accessibility with two elevators. We stayed in the three bedroom apartment which worked great for us, but be aware that two of the beds are very close to the wall, so when sharing a bed, getting to the other side would mean scooting there on the bed. We had no problems there, but it could be an issue for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility. I would stay here again for sure and would recommend it to friends/family.

This place might feel like it’s in a shady area, being near some parts of Chinatown with a large homeless population. But once you step inside you feel safe and in a luxurious space. The pictures of this place are incredibly accurate, so much so I don’t even need to upload photos to prove it. It feels like you’re living in a high end apartment in the city. With a fully functioning kitchen, a washer and dryer, and amenities easily found for cleaning I can’t say enough of how amazing this place was. I would definitely come back here again when I visit Vancouver once more. Also, though the staff were not physically present with a welcome desk or anything, they are very responsive and communicate well through emails and texts.

Highly recommend this property! It was so close to Roger’s Arena, the room had all amenities you could ask for and the property seems brand new.
