La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport West

This was a nightmare. The address in the confirmation email was completely wrong and took us to a location TEN MILES from the actual hotel. Upon calling the hotel they could only give me the address to the steak and shake that was "right next door". The hotel was actually behind three other hotels not visible from the road at all. It took an additional 45 minutes of driving total to find it. The room was stuffy and the carpet was really dirty. I'm so disappointed with the accommodations and the complete lack of concern for the fact they are giving their customers the complete wrong address. I intend to discuss this stay with the manager.

Did Not clean the room or make up the bed once. Told the front desk twice and they apologized but nothing was ever done

Great hotel at a great price. Easy drive to downtown Indy

After checking in had some popcorn got it allover floor next morning went to eat breakfast it was a cold one that's ok but no orange juice went out for the day got back they didn't come in and clean or refurbished towels called front desk said they'd send someone up never came

Everything was fine up until about 7pm when the people in the room above us started constructing a bowling alley in their room. We reported it twice to the front desk and the lady there said she would be up to our room to check on it. She never showed, never called, and the sounds never quit. ALL NIGHT LONG. When my sister went down to get something from the car later that night the clerk was in the darkened breakfast nook where it was hard to see her and playing on her phone. We have stayed at this hotel 4 other times from this and this was truly the worst stay there. Usually everything is great. So hopefully they will continue to take complaints seriously enough to try to fix the problem.

Location was pleasing to the eye. Bed was horrible. If doors could have padding or a slowing device it would make the room much more quiet. Pool was open! Thank you.

We chose 2 queen bed with pull out couch for our family of five. Room was comfortable clean. Front desk supplied extra pillows and blanket for pull out couch

Parking was fine as well as check in. The only issues we had was the bed being harder than the floor of the Grand Canyon and the intercourse prints from peoples body parts on the headboard. Literally hand prints, butt prints as well as questionable shapes. Nothing a bleach wipe couldn’t take care of.

Room was clean and the king size bed was nice. Breakfast was from 7am to 10am, but was mostly bagels and fruit. Was anticipating a hot breakfast but it could be down due to covid.
