Not up to typical Spring Hill suites standards.
The staff was super friendly and the lobby area was nice and inviting. But, the room was disappointing. There was lots of areas that needed repairs (broken tiles, chunks of the door trim falling on my wife from the bathroom), and other miscellaneous items in the room that need repair. The TV stopped working for about an hour and took me unplugging it and the receiver box for a while before they started again. There was no hook in the bathroom to hang the towel, just a hole in the wall. The windows were thin and could hear everything including the train which right next door. Needless to say, sleep was not easy. The other thing that was awkward was the doors to the shower and toilet areas. They were sliding barn door styles with frosted glass. This means you could see a silhouette of the person and hear everything. Quite awkward for a parent with kids in the room.

They gave my room away before I check in even though I prepaid. After that I had to change rooms because I booked two beds. So not a good start to the stay.

Rooms are nice but TV did not work well. They could not provide more than one shampoo for our family of five over three nights and it was a hassle to get clean towels.

Don’t stay here.
Our TV did not work in our first room. It took us 2 days and 3 complaints to get anyone to even look at it. Then, they couldn’t fix it, do we had to pack up and change rooms. Our next room was very dirty w a broken phone and shelf. Things were not in place at all. The power then went out for over an hour and the second TV was then out for hours. They said they couldn’t help because I booked through Hotels.com. Would never stay here again. Makes me wonder if I should book through you too.

Best sleep ever
We were just exhausted from driving and picked this place blindly. What an AWESOME surprise to find a VERY clean, updated establishment and EXTREMELY comfy bed! Everything from the very nice gentleman that checked me in to the MOST QUIET a/c unit we've ever experienced. 100% A++++++++++++
