Angel House Aparthotel

The location is excellent. The room was clean. The staff are very helpful.

Everything was just awesome! We enjoyed our stay in Angel house very much. :) Super comfy bed, nicely decorated room and great experience overall.

Reception is up 2 flights of 14 steps Room are up 4 flights of 14 steps Drinks only in reception area during opening times. No cooking facility's despite this advertised ad Apart hotel. No facility to make drinks on bedrooms above reception level. Meaning 28 stairs down to make drink, 28 stairs up carrying drinks. Mattress were disgusting, torn and badly stained, we had trouble getting matress changed even though it had an exposed spring that cut my leg, Poor quality bed linen, and not a fresh smell Room is overlooked by apartments so no privacy, no nets or blinds on windows which meant curtains permanently closed Bad drainage means shower overflows into.room unless you shower quickly We had same towels for the 5 days we were there, bed was not changed during our stay. Nor was room cleaned. Very disappointed in this place Definitely not the place to stay unless you have low expectations and are super fit.

This is a nice hotel with the old and new charm. The building is very old and the rooms are stylish and beautiful! A perfect place to stay in Krakow. Very good location! The hotels works similar to an Airbnb. The staff willl be there from 9am - 9pm, if you need anything free that you will need to contact them over the phone. I will stay here again!

Had a good time staying here but only for the stairs we would of stayed longer, my partner struggled at end of the day

Very clean,tea coffee available in foyer. Staff friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again, not too far a walk from the square lovely restaurant recommended to us about 5 minute walk😁😁

First time to Poland, very nice place inside, comfortable beds, very clean and close to Wavel castle and old town

Great place, super cute. In a good area, close walking distance to most things in Krakow. The staff were lovely and the water pressure in the shower was great (Thick hair problems were not a problem here!)
