When we first checked in our room was disgusting. Mould everywhere in bathroom and previous peoples used soap still in the shower - which leads me to wonder if it was even cleaned in the first place. After complaining and asking for our money back to rebook somewhere else, wewere told thay we would have to get in touch with Expedia for a refund because we booked online, even though we paid the hotel directly when we arrived. The offered us another room, which we looked at and said no as it was right by the onsite bar and had the same awful deodorizing cleaning smell as our current room. They then offered us a room in their brand new apartment block, but this woukd come at a discounted price. We had a look at this and agreed, feeling stuck as They were not going to give us our momey back. Once we moved our bags and were about to sit on the couch we noticed huge dirty marks on the couch and honestly the place didn't feel much cleaner, it was just newer.
