Sterile, cold and feels like an Insane asylum. Malfunctioning equipment everywhere and the property does NOTHING to assist. One of the 2 elevators was out. The “working” one felt and sounded like it was going to drop at any moment then when you reach your floor it does drop. The key pad on the room diagonal from ours malfunctioned all night and the alarm beeped every 30 seconds ALL NIGHT. The front desk wouldn’t do anything because there were guests in the room so we were up all night. I requested a refund for that night only and they issued rewards points for it instead. I don’t have a rewards account with them so who got the points? Not me! I won’t be staying there again or any Wyndham property. You get what you pay for with this place.
