Perfect location. Good staff. Very modern technology and decor. Smart lighting in rooms, great baths. Get the junior suite on the 6th floor. This is is my goto place in Munich. I recommend. I stay here on business and for personal travel. Gym is just okay but suitable. Breakfast is great but expensive. Laundry machine is free.

We have stayed here before—the location cannot be beat! It is a 5 minute walk to the center of Munich and the public transportation. The room is modern and comfortable but we found the bed a bit uncomfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and multilingual. We would certainly considered staying here again.

This hotel is just OK. The location is definitely the highlight. Some of the staff members were helpful and nice... others were clearly too bothered to help. The room was fine but was lacking basic amenities including coffee. The provided toiletries (including basic hand soap) had an awful aroma and the hotel had no other options. The shower had no ventilation leaving a musty mildew smell. Overall, the hotel was not worth the pricey rate. It looked much better in pictures than in person.

the location is great, the staff was great. Pillows were a little lacking, bar was not what I could call a bar. Came in later at night 8:00 ish and it was not open they did help with ice but not even orange juice. You go to Munich for the Beer, but it was closed so early. Nice coffee area in the market across the street with plenty of bread choices for breakfast. We wanted to be close to the action not down by the train station. A little spartan if you thought you wanted luxury, good night sleep.
